Problem Statement: Joe is an older gentleman whose wife just passed who needs an easy-to-navigate website to browse for animals up for adoption because he is suffering from loneliness and depression from the loss of his wife.

Problem Statement: Skylar is a 30 year old, apartment dwelling, full time executive assistant who needs a convenient way to browse for animals up for adoption because she is incredibly busy, but wants to adopt two cats by the end of the month.

Five participants will go through the steps to completing an animal adoption user flow.
Each participant will privately verbally communicate their experience using the website to the author (researcher) after completing various tasks. 

Participants are individuals 18-65 who have browsed an animal shelter's website in the past.

Changes such as page titles, and clearer navigation options were incorporated to reflect on the insights gathered from the first case study.

The Final Product

One more case study was completed, and changes were incorporated to reflect user feedback. 

Changes include: a smoother user flow, a new and improved color scheme, text added to icons, and more obvious visual changes when hovering over a button.
